Significant effort has been spent on making these townhomes as energy-efficient as possible. All new windows and doors have been installed on every townhome, and a new energy-efficient heat pump will keep the place warm in the winter and provide highly efficient air conditioning in the summer months. Additional insulation has also been added to the walls and ceilings to help keep monthly utility bills as low as possible.

Both bedrooms are located on the top floor of these two-level townhouses. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and offers a fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets. The completely renovated bathroom is also located on the top floor, adjacent to the bedrooms.

The kitchen's stainless steel appliances include an electric stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The building's laundry room features a coin-operated washer and dryer, a large utility sink, and a storage locker. The monthly rent is $1,800 plus utilities (unit without dishwasher is $1,750 per month). These are one-year term tenancies that can be converted to month-to-month. Proof of income (ability to pay) and current landlord references will be required, and a credit check will be done on considered applicants. The tenant is required to have insurance.
