Significant effort has been spent on making these townhomes as energy-efficient as possible. All new windows and doors have been installed on every townhome and a new energy-efficient heat pump will keep the place warm in the winter and provide highly efficient A/C in the summer months. Additional insulation has also been added to the walls and ceilings as well, to help keep monthly utility bills as low as possible!
